Silly Poem #2
Football and Me

Girls can play football!

Just please let me play

I want to do something

 Non-boring today

Oh why can’t I do it

I know I’ll be good

For thirty minutes I’ve stood

Here, and I’ll stay here

Until you let me

Play two-hand-touch football

And when I did play

They saw I WAS good

And let me play as I should

(Never again did they underestimate ANYBODY when it came to football, but basketball… On the other hand)
